Pain is my fear
Pain that I cannot control
Pain that comes every so often
The pain that has destroyed my soul

Behind pain is truth.
Have no fear,
fear is the one true enemy.
Souls are eternal.
souls cannot be destroyed
but they can be obscured.
Face pain.
Grab it firmly.
Throw it aside.
Once you have done
you will see clearly
what lies behind.
It is truth.
truth slays fear,
takes pain,
removes the darkness
from your soul.
